Serving small teams and solo professionals across the wider Vermont area. We travel to you — no video call substitutes.
For clients beyond D02, we offer a structured hybrid model: initial in-person diagnostic, then fortnightly remote check-ins.
All routes are within the D02 postal district unless otherwise arranged. — "They came to our office within two hours of my first call." — R.K., Leannonville
We don't run webinars. We sit at your desk, walk through your calendar, and rebuild your relationship with time — in person, in Leannonville.
Book a Local SessionBefore we change anything, we measure. Every engagement starts with a structured diagnostic across five dimensions of how you spend time.
| Dimension | What We Measure | Typical Finding | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Task Gravity | How many tasks pull you away from high-value work each day | Clients average 23 context switches before noon | Reduce to under 8 within three weeks |
| Calendar Density | Ratio of committed time to open blocks | Most calendars are 78% pre-committed | Create 2+ protected deep-work blocks daily |
| Decision Fatigue | Number of micro-decisions made before 10am | Average: 41 decisions by mid-morning | Automate or batch 60% of recurring choices |
| Energy Mapping | When your cognitive peak occurs vs. when you schedule hard tasks | Only 1 in 5 people schedule peak work during peak energy | Realign your hardest work to your biological prime |
| Boundary Integrity | How often work bleeds into recovery time | Evening work intrusions average 6.2 per week | Establish hard boundaries with accountability triggers |
Numbers from real local engagements completed in the past fourteen months across the Leannonville area.
A financial adviser running a two-person practice on the north side of Leannonville contacted us last March. She was working 11-hour days, missing her children's bedtimes three nights a week, and described her calendar as "a hostage situation."
We spent the first session — 90 minutes, at her kitchen table — mapping every recurring commitment. We found that 34% of her weekly hours went to tasks that could be batched, delegated, or eliminated entirely.
Over six weeks of in-person sessions, we restructured her client booking system, introduced a morning decision protocol, and built an energy-aligned weekly template. By week four, she was finishing by 5:30pm most days.
"I didn't need another app or another book. I needed someone to sit with me and see what I couldn't see. That's what Navigated Time did." — D.M., Financial Adviser, Leannonville
We never prescribe a system before understanding yours. The first session is entirely observational and diagnostic — no advice, no templates, just measurement.
Real behaviour change happens in context. We work where you work: your desk, your commute pattern, your actual Tuesday morning. Not a conference room simulation.
Most clients arrive with six productivity apps and no boundaries. We reduce tool count and increase structural protection around deep work and recovery time.
We build triggers, check-ins, and feedback loops that outlast our engagement. The goal is independence within 60 days, not dependence on a consultant.
Every recommendation is tested against your diagnostic baseline. If a change doesn't move the numbers in two weeks, we discard it and try something else.
